If you get a ticket by parking near the gate... where can you park?! Please update it on the map because there is a new sign out there and rumor has it that both sides of the road near the gate is a "FIRE LANE"

If I were you I would swing by during the day and scope it out sometime. Observe where the bikers park. They all park off the road in the dirt next to the no-parking sign. I've always done the same and have not gotten a single ticket yet. You can try contacting the Cleveland National Forest if it really bothers you. I did a while back and they told me parking on the dirt is fine. I was always confused by this too.

Ive been there and I have not seen such a sign such as "FIRE LANE"
Either it has been torn down, or it was never there.
I've never gotten a ticket for parking there.

10pm-3am no parking past the bridge.. there are signs. park next to the oak tree
