I have heard that the KKK sometimes meets in the canyon, any witnesses to this claim? I am concerned because I am going to be hiking there at night soon. Also, how long is the trail to the bus in miles?

No KKK. Occasional teenage thugs, or cholo's but that's about it. Make sure not to park near the gate after 10 or whatever time or you'll get a ticket.

my friends and i are planning to head up there to chill and were very aware of all theses rumors of danger like yeah everyone here obviously knows some things about all the dangers and crap, but i think it would be fun to go and hang out . so there isnt any KKK what about the guys in the white trucks with their pistols im sure that has to have some truth behind it right ? !
